We're a boutique management agency specializing in the management and space design of short-term vacation rentals in Big Bear, Palm Springs, Idyllwild, Coachella Valley, and Joshua Tree. We create distinctive, eco-aware, socially conscious, romantic, and Instagram-ready properties that set themselves apart from the rest. We keep the collection small and are hands-on with every property. We are there for you in every step of the way, from consulting on the best property to purchase, to design style and theme, short-term rental permitting process, remodels, photography, and pretty much everything it takes to make the property successful for short-term rentals. As a creative couple, we’re infatuated with good design that is also kind to the environment and communities. We have been Airbnb Superhosts for seven years, with nearly 1000+ 5-star reviews in Big Bear, California.
While we are based in the Coachella Valley, our Kind Cabineer collection includes two adorable, mid-century A-frame cabins, a chalet-style bungalow, and an endearing gambrel cabin in Big Bear, California, all built in the 1960s and each with its own unique theme, heart, and soul surrounded in beautiful wilderness locations.
Our cabins have been featured in Conde Nast Traveler and have been the home for brand photo/video shoots with Sonos, Lululemon, and Dick's Sporting Goods.
